INDIVIDUAL MCP TOOL
start_scan
Start a Blockquote citability scan of one public web page. The scan is asynchronous: submitting starts it, and this browser then goes to the report page, where the score and the fix list appear once the checks finish. An anonymous caller is rate limited per network, and a bot check can ask a person to confirm. The scanned page is read, never changed. For a structured answer instead of a page, call https://mcp.blockquote.io/mcp or POST /api/scan.
