find_destinations — 出発駅から指定分数以内で電車で行けるまちをさがす(観光向け「おでかけ」/飲み向け「のみにいく」)。所要時間は各駅停車モデルの推定です。快速・特急の短縮は反映されておらず、実際より2割ほど長めに出ます。「だいたい◯分」の目安として扱ってください。 minutesは1〜90分で、90を超える指定は90に丸められる(データの事前計算上限のため)。
