run_analysis — Start a fresh visibility analysis run for one of the user's OWN topic areas (selections) by numeric ID. This consumes prompts from the user's weekly budget, so the user must approve an in-page confirmation dialog first. Only works for the user's own topic areas (not team-assigned ones).
