Mechanically convert Tailwind CSS markup to Skynet UI (same engine as `npx skynet-ui convert`): neutral palettes become semantic surfaces/text, accent palettes map to primary/success/warning/danger/info, dark: variants are dropped (themes handle it), supported arbitrary values pass through.
