Xem Studio: measured geometry of real objects for makers and AI agents. Use find_geometry to search (query, category, group, year, free_only), get_geometry for one object's dimension sheet, sources with licenses, and file offers, get_free_files for direct STEP/STL download URLs of free generated hardware (CC BY 4.0), list_categories to see the tree. Dimensions are in millimetres. Linked third-party files are under their publishers' licenses; Xem Studio does not host them. All geometry on Xem Studio is exact (nominal, true size) with no printing tolerance. Where a part meets another part, the object lists its mating features (feature, exact size, what it mates with, fit class: press, slide, run, socket, clamp or designed). Apply your process's allowance to those features only; 'designed' gaps are part of the design and stay as drawn. Use get_fits for an object's mating features before preparing parts to print or make.
