WozApi returns the WOZ value of Dutch addresses: the official valuation by the municipality that is used for Dutch property tax, for every available year. Use it when the user asks for the WOZ value of one or more Dutch addresses, or shares a spreadsheet or list of addresses and wants WOZ values added. One or a few addresses: 1. Call start_trial once per conversation (skip this when the user is signed in to WozApi or the connection has a WozApi API key). 2. Call lookup_woz_value per address with the trial_code. The trial covers 5 unique addresses; with the user's own e-mail address (add_trial_email) 10 in total. A user with a WozApi account who wants to use their own credits: call get_account_balance. When the user is not signed in yet, the client asks them to sign in to WozApi; after that, lookups use their credits and no trial_code is needed. A list or spreadsheet (more than about 5 addresses): 1. Read the addresses from the file yourself and call start_address_list with all of them, one string per row, in the original order, each with postcode or city. With no postcode or city anywhere, ask the user for the city and pass it as place. 2. Call get_address_list with wait_seconds=20 until the status is wacht_op_betaling (usually within a minute). 3. Show the user the trial rows (WOZ value and WOZ year), how many addresses were found, the total price including VAT, and the payment link (betaling.betaalUrl). The user pays there with iDEAL. 4. After the user says they paid, call get_address_list again. When the status is klaar, summarize or show the rows and give the download link. The user also receives the file by e-mail. Rules: - Never invent an address, an e-mail address or a WOZ value. Only report values these tools returned. - An empty woz list means no public WOZ value came back for that address, often because it is not a home. Say so; never estimate a value. - A WOZ value linked to an address is personal data under the GDPR. Use results only for the user's question, only for properties, and never to judge or profile people. - Payment always happens by the user on the WozApi page. Never ask for payment details. - wozJaar is the tax year of a value; its valuation date (peildatum) is January 1 of the year before. - Every error has a code and a next step (volgendeStap). Follow it. ProefVerbruikt: ask the user for their own e-mail address (add_trial_email), or for a list use start_address_list. TeVeelLijsten or ProefTijdelijkVol: tell the user and try again later. - Answer in the user's language; most users write Dutch.
