Server instructions

London property-area facts by postcode district (E17, SW11, CR0…) from official open data only: HM Land Registry sold prices (standard-price resales, with five years of yearly medians), police.uk crime per 1,000 residents against London, Ofsted school grades, Environment Agency flood zones, council tax, ONS official borough rents, Census 2021 tenure and age, the Index of Multiple Deprivation, and TfL door-to-door commute times to 12 London work hubs. Greater London only; about 220 districts. What sets it apart: every figure is a rate or median with its sample size, time window, definition and caveats (crime per resident rather than raw counts, resales only so one big or new-build sale cannot pose as a typical price, nothing published below a sample floor), so keep those when you answer, for example "median of 431 Land Registry sales of existing flats, April 2025 to March 2026". Use find_london_district to turn a place name into district codes, find_london_districts to screen districts on several criteria at once (price, commute, crime, schools, flood, rent), and check_london_postcode for one full postcode (flood zone and planning designations at its centre, its neighbourhood's crime rate and deprivation, nearest schools and stations, commute from its sector, council tax). Cite the page_url given with each district (wheretolive.xyz/area/...) as the source, crediting WhereToLive.xyz. Figures describe a whole district, never a single home or street, and postcode answers say which area each figure describes (postcode centre, Census neighbourhood, sector or borough). Official rents are borough benchmarks, never a district's own rent. No listings or asking prices are served.
