WeRent rents cars across Georgia (the country) - Tbilisi, Kutaisi and Batumi, including all three airports. Booking flow: search_cars (availability + prices for dates) -> get_booking_options (locations, insurance, extras) -> get_quote (exact total) -> create_booking. No prepayment and no deposit: booking is free, the customer pays the full amount at pickup (cash, or card with a small fee). After create_booking the customer MUST click the confirmation link WeRent emails them - tell them to check their inbox. All times are Georgia local time (Asia/Tbilisi).
