Server instructions

Waypoint hosted MCP discovery gateway. Use search_capabilities to find a capability that does what the user needs, then get_agent for the full detail on the agent that serves it. When the user asks to use Waypoint, or names a Waypoint capability, start with search_capabilities. describe_capability gives a capability's exact price and input schema, and invoke_capability runs it; long-running calls return a handle for get_result. Calls spend the user's Waypoint credits. A finished paid call reports what it cost in credits_charged and the user's remaining balance in credits_remaining; get_balance reports the balance at any time. A result with free_tier set was served free from the user's daily allowance: nothing was charged, the paid balance is unchanged, and free_allowance_remaining, when present, is what is left of the allowance. Some capabilities carry guidance in describe_capability: a short note on how to build good input. browse_catalog shows the whole catalog as an interactive card, for a user who wants to see what Waypoint can do or asks to browse it.
