Server instructions

The Vocenya developer docs (vocenya.com/docs): the REST API for a business's calls, leads, bookings, chats, outbound AI calls, Do Not Call list and webhooks, plus the live chat widget and the Vocenya MCP servers. Use these tools while writing an integration, so you use real endpoints, parameters, scopes and limits. Quote them rather than guessing; if something is not in the docs, say so instead of inventing an endpoint, field or event. - search_docs: find guides and endpoints by words (for example "verify webhook signature"). - get_doc_page: read a page as Markdown ("quickstart", "authentication", "webhooks", "webhook-events", "outbound-calls", "reference/leads"). - list_endpoints: every endpoint, optionally for one resource (tag). - get_endpoint: one endpoint in full, with code samples, by method and path. Requests authenticate with an organization API key: `Authorization: Bearer $VOCENYA_API_KEY`. Never ask the user to paste a key into the chat; tell them to set it as an environment variable. This server is read-only and cannot see any account; a business's own data is on the authenticated platform server at /mcp/platform.

Server instructions

Answers questions about Vocenya (vocenya.com), powered by GH Business Solutions: AI agents for local and small businesses, including an AI receptionist, GH Live human agents, GH Phone business lines, website live chat and compliant outbound AI calling. Everything here comes from the published vocenya.com content, so quote it rather than guessing. If something is not covered by these tools, say you do not know and point to the site instead of inventing features or prices. - get_pricing: plans, included minutes, add-ons and the free trial. - get_service: product and solution pages (call it without a slug for the list). - search_industries, then get_industry: how the AI receptionist works for a specific kind of business. - list_locations: the New Jersey and New York City areas Vocenya focuses on. - search_articles, then get_article: guides such as costs, HIPAA and speed-to-lead. - The llms resource (vocenya://llms.txt) is a one-page overview with links to every page. This server is read-only and cannot see any customer account. A business's own data is on the authenticated Vocenya platform server at /mcp/platform.
