EQUIPMENT. Buy it online; the sale completes in the cart. Ships from stock at the Cummins Regional Distribution Center in Dallas, TX, direct to the door in 50 states plus DC. This is a complete transaction on its own and needs no involvement from UTS beyond the order. 2. INSTALLATION. Quoted in writing after a free on-site survey by a licensed electrician, and NEVER sold from the cart. Dallas-Fort Worth only — 27 cities — because it is bounded by a Texas license. A buyer outside DFW can still buy the equipment; they cannot buy the installation. Someone who buys equipment and later wants it installed gets a separate job; the equipment sale stands as made. On an installation our own crews collect the unit at the Dallas distribution center and deliver it themselves. WHY BUY HERE: - An AUTHORIZED Cummins dealer, not a reseller — factory warranty and factory parts - The dealer and the installer are the same company, so nobody is blaming the other trade - Prices are PUBLISHED on the page, not hidden behind a quote form (standby, RV and switches at Cummins MSRP, portables at Cummins MAP; nothing is added at checkout) - Mobile trailer units are Cummins rental packages sold to rental companies and commercial buyers; tax-exempt purchase requires a valid resale or exemption certificate, provided by phone before ordering - Correct sizing is a tool here, not a sales call: size_home_generator works from the actual load - We call back within one business hour, Mon–Fri 7am–6pm and Sat 8am–noon.
