Server instructions

Ultimate Business Machines (UBM) gives a small business one sign-in for its customer list, leads, bookings, jobs, invoices, reviews, website, marketing and more: 18 services, any or all of them. Use these tools to learn what UBM does, find the plan that fits a business, see what that plan costs, look at the demo, and start signing up. To tailor a plan: ubm_list_business_types, then ubm_get_guide_questions for the business's type, then ubm_recommend_plan with the answers, then ubm_quote_plan for its price by team size. Prices exist only for a plan like that -- don't quote any other figure. Signing up is the person's own step: ubm_start_signup gives them a link where they choose a password and agree to the terms. ubm_request_plan sends their plan to UBM's team, only when they've said they want to be contacted. To manage a business that already has an account, connect to https://ultimatebusinessmachines.com/mcp instead (the agent signs in).

Known tools 12

ubm_about

What Ultimate Business Machines (UBM) is, who it's for, how it works, the money-back promise and how to reach the team, with links to the website's main pages.

Inferred read-only
ubm_list_services

Every service UBM offers (CRM, Lead Management, Scheduling, Invoicing & Payments, Website Machine and the rest), each with a one-line summary and its page.

Inferred read-only
ubm_get_service

One UBM service in detail: what it does, which packages include it, and anything it needs alongside it (Accounting works from Invoicing & Payments or the Customer Portal, for example).

Inferred read-only
ubm_list_packages

UBM's ready-made packages (Appointments, Walk-in, Professional services, Home & field services): who each is for, what it does, and which services it holds.

Inferred read-only
ubm_list_business_types

The kinds of business the Solutions guide plans for (home & field services, contractors, appointments, walk-in, professional, automotive, transportation, other), each with examples and how UBM helps that kind of business.

Inferred read-only
ubm_get_guide_questions

The questions the Solutions guide asks about a business, with the answer ids each one accepts.

Inferred read-only
ubm_recommend_plan

The services UBM recommends for a business, from the Solutions guide's own advisor: grouped as where to start and what to add later, each with the reasons (quoting the answers) and how it helps.

Inferred read-only
ubm_quote_plan

The monthly and yearly price of a set of UBM services for a team size, exactly as the Solutions guide and billing price it (the best of one by one, a package plus extras, or Everything).

Inferred read-only
ubm_request_plan

Send a business's plan and contact details to UBM's team so they get in touch -- the Solutions guide's own 'send me this plan' form.

Potential side effects
ubm_see_demo

The demo businesses anyone can try: each industry's demo website and the shared demo login for the app (company ID, email, password) so the person can click around UBM themselves.

Potential side effects
ubm_start_signup

A sign-up link with the chosen services (or a package) and team size already filled in.

Inferred read-only
ubm_connect_agent

How a business connects its own AI agent to its UBM account: the server address, signing in with OAuth (Claude, ChatGPT and other apps open a sign-in page), or a personal token from Settings > AI agents for tools that take a key (Claude Code, Cursor, scripts).

Inferred read-only
