Search the unified UFO sightings database by free text and/or structured filters.

get_sighting

Fetch the full record for a single sighting by its database id.

get_stats

Top-level statistics about the database: total sightings, row counts by source, date range covered, count of geocoded locations, count of duplicate candidate pairs.

get_timeline

Sighting counts grouped by year (default) or by month (when a year is supplied).
