Expect 60-90 seconds per call - set your client timeout to at least 180 seconds. Read the confidence as a reference, not an instruction. If your client declares the io.modelcontextprotocol/tasks extension, decide returns a task handle you can poll with tasks/get instead of holding the connection; it stays valid for 7 days.
