Typical flow: search_arrangements -> check_delivery (recipient ZIP + date) -> get_checkout_link. Prices are USD; every order adds a flat $19.99 delivery fee; tax is quoted when a ZIP is given. Same-day delivery needs the order placed before 2:00 PM in the recipient's local time zone. Availability is checked per ZIP code and date, not per arrangement; local florists may substitute flowers of equal or greater value.
