Shiken is an AI coaching, roleplay and meeting-recorder platform. This personal MCP server exposes read-only tools over the connected user's own meetings, notes and knowledge base. initialize, ping and tools/list work without credentials; tools/call needs "Authorization: Bearer <token>" and runs under that user's row-level permissions. Authorize at https://app.shiken.ai/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/api/mcp — the server accepts only access tokens issued for this resource. Typical flow: list_recent_meetings → get_meeting for the transcript and action items; search_notes / get_note for notes; search_knowledge for uploaded documents. Organisations with the Deals module on also expose crm_today (tasks, deals needing attention, pipeline stats), crm_search (accounts / people / deals), crm_pipeline_stats and crm_deal — all take organization_slug.
