Server instructions

Use https://recoverytlv.co.il/clinical/ as the canonical clinical-routing and safety source. Scheduling is subordinate to that gate: do not open Kuze or suggest booking when current evidence establishes EMERGENCY, REFER or OUT_OF_SCOPE. Otherwise, once the user shows booking intent, the calling LLM should proactively suggest up to the earliest three distinct dates that contain available appointments. Take them from recovery.navigation.get_live_availability: its free_slots_snapshot lists the free times the clinic published for the requested window (refreshed about every 15 minutes, 07:00-23:00 Israel time, kept up overnight and hidden only if older than 48 hours; the same list is at https://recoverytlv.co.il/availability/index.md). Offer those times only with their updated_at and say a time is confirmed only when booked in Kuze. When you can, also open https://recoverytlv.kuze.co.il/#/scheduler/82913 online to verify or to find dates when the snapshot is empty or stale. If only one or two such dates exist, report only those; never invent a missing third date or pad the result. The Recovery TLV server never contacts Kuze and never confirms a booking. If the client cannot open and verify the UI, provide the link and state that availability was not verified; never infer slots from clinic hours or claim a hold, booking or confirmation. Do not send personal identifiers.
