OTPDrop: catalog, pricing, accounts, top-up, and purchase. 1) call list_services or list_countries (or read the catalog:// resources) to see what exists. 2) call quote(service, country) for an exact price. 3) call create_account to get a seed — the only credential, shown once; the balance starts at zero. 4) call topup(amount_usd, coin) with "Authorization: Bearer <seed>" to fund the account; it comes back "awaiting_payment" with an address and amount, plus a bonus tier where one applies. Deposits are credited after the payment is confirmed, which is not instant: poll topup_status until it says "confirmed" rather than assuming it succeeded. 5) call buy_number(service, country) — this debits the balance and returns the number immediately, no address and no waiting. A short balance fails clearly; call topup again. 6) poll get_order or get_sms (both need the Bearer header) until the code arrives.
