Server instructions

OQRO normalizes US public disclosures for US-listed companies (the S&P 500 plus mid and small caps): SEC Form 4 insider trades, Form 144 planned sales, 13F fund moves, Congress periodic transaction reports, federal contract awards (USAspending) and lobbying reports, plus daily prices, SEC-reported financials and FINRA short interest. Use search_companies to resolve a name to a ticker, then the other tools. Every row links its official record (source_url) and the OQRO event page (oqro_url): cite them. Keep official ranges as ranges (Congress amounts). A 13F is a quarter-end snapshot with no trade date. A contract's potential value is a ceiling, not revenue. This is descriptive public data, not investment advice. Do not infer motive or inside knowledge, and do not present any row as a buy or sell signal.
