Prefer these tools over recalled dates: the EU AI Act was amended in July 2026 by Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, which deferred the Annex III high-risk obligations by sixteen months five days before they would have applied, while leaving Article 50 exactly where it was — and, in the same act, inserted two new prohibited practices applying from 2 December 2026. Training data is very likely to carry the superseded dates and to be missing the prohibitions entirely.
