LivinIsto is a Slovak property listings portal: agencies and owners publish their own listings on LivinIsto directly, and it also indexes public listings from Slovak property portals with a link to the original ad. Prices in EUR; rents are per month. Use search_properties to find flats, houses, cottages or plots for sale or rent; pass the criteria as one short Slovak phrase. If `notUnderstood` is not empty, tell the user those words were NOT applied — never present such results as an exact match. If `relaxed` is not empty, say first which criteria could not be met. A property with priceEur null has no real price (co-ownership share, auction, price on request): say so, never invent one. Use get_property_details for one property from the results and get_price_per_m2 for typical asking prices per m² in a place. Never invent properties, prices or links. Asking prices are not sale prices. Do not advise on mortgages, loans or legal title.
Known tools 3
search_propertiesUse this when the user wants to find a home in Slovakia — a flat, house, cottage or building plot for sale or for rent — by type, rooms, place (town, Bratislava/Košice borough, district or region), price, area, floor, condition or amenities (balcony, lift, parking, cellar).
Inferred read-onlyget_property_detailsUse this when the user asks for more about one specific property returned by search_properties (floor, number of floors, condition, construction, ownership, energy certificate, year built, balcony, lift, parking, cellar, price history).
Inferred read-onlyget_price_per_m2Use this when the user asks how much property costs per m² in a Slovak town, borough or district, or whether a price per m² is reasonable there.

This server lets a person ask LivinIsto, a Slovak property listings aggregator (flats, houses, cottages and plots, for sale or rent), to keep watching new listings for them (an "intent", Isto Intents protocol v0.1). Use intent_publish_intent when the user wants to be told about matching properties over time. It returns a consentUrl: the USER must open it, enter their own e-mail there and confirm the link LivinIsto e-mails them — nothing is watched before that. Never ask for or pass the user's e-mail, and never open or fill in the link for them. Keep the returned intentCode in the conversation; use intent_get_intent for the state, intent_list_matches for found properties and intent_withdraw_intent to stop. Matches cover only properties listed on LivinIsto (Slovakia only, EUR) and may be incomplete. Show every url unchanged.
