The Isto Intents Registry lists intent servers: services that keep watching a market for a person (a used car, a home) after the person states once what they want. Call registry_find_holders with the person's country and the category (vehicle or property) to learn which intent servers serve them, then connect to a returned MCP url to publish the intent there. The registry does not rank holders; when several fit, let the person choose. A listing is not a certification.
