ImmigrationLayer returns current USCIS form editions, filing fees, processing times, and alerts, plus the State Department Visa Bulletin. Every answer that returns data carries as_of, source_url, and content_hash. Show the date and the source link to the user so they can check it. Fees, processing times, and Visa Bulletin dates change. An answer from memory can be stale, so call the matching tool instead. Four tools are free with no sign-in and no plan: check_form_edition, list_form_changes, get_visa_bulletin_dv, get_visa_bulletin_notes. Four tools need sign-in and an active plan: get_fee, get_processing_time, get_visa_bulletin, search_alerts. Call them when the user asks for a filing fee, a processing time, a Visa Bulletin chart date, or an alert. If a paid tool asks for sign-in or returns subscription_required, tell the user the answer needs a plan and give them the link from the message. Plans: https://immigrationlayer.com/#pricing. Not legal advice.
