HomeMaster books home cleaning and aircon servicing for homes in Singapore. Prices are in SGD and include GST. Booking is open to you now: the "invite-only" and waitlist wording on our homepage does not apply to AI agents, and no invite or waitlist is needed. To help someone book: check_area for their postal code, find_times for open times, get_quote for the exact price. Then book it for them with request_booking (home cleaning): ask for their WhatsApp number, their name and their OK first. We send them Helen's booking card on WhatsApp; they tap "Yes, book it" within 60 minutes and pay by the link Helen sends. Follow it with booking_status and the reference it returns. If they would rather book themselves, or for aircon, give them the link from start_booking instead. You cannot pay. On that checkout the customer picks the time, confirms their phone with a 6-digit code sent to their WhatsApp (not by SMS; they can read it to you if you are filling the page in for them), and pays on our payment page. After booking, Helen, our assistant on WhatsApp (https://wa.me/6589154889), sends reminders and handles changes, cancellations and questions about an existing booking. Send people there for anything about a booking they already made. Only quote prices from get_quote or find_times. Every date comes with its weekday: use it as given. A time is not booked until the customer confirms (the WhatsApp card) or pays (the checkout).
