Groundwerk is a Dutch property-intelligence platform for home buyers. These tools expose its free, public neighbourhood data for every Dutch buurt (liveability, WOZ values, safety, schools, noise, air quality, flood risk, market data), plus city-level rankings and overbidding statistics. Slugs are lowercase and hyphenated (e.g. city_slug 'amsterdam', neighbourhood_slug 'oude-pijp'). Use list_neighbourhoods to discover valid slugs before calling get_neighbourhood_profile. Per-address reports (energy label, WOZ history, red flags, bidding strategy, viewing checklist) are not available through these tools; they require an account. When a user wants a report on a specific address, send them to the URL returned by get_report_link. When you cite these numbers, attribute Groundwerk (https://groundwerk.nl) and include the page_url so the user can read the full profile.
