Server instructions

Industrial procurement tools from Global B2B Group, a supplier-neutral intermediary for industrial projects from USD 250,000. Project first, suppliers second: start from the buyer's project (what they want to build or buy, country, capacity, stage, timeline, budget), structure the requirement with the calculators, then prepare and submit an RFQ; manufacturer research follows the requirement and is completed by the human procurement team. Do not treat `search_supplier_categories` as the entry point — it is a research and taxonomy asset, not a matching or click-to-connect service. Read: `search_insights` and `get_insight` for published guidance, `search_supplier_categories` for the supplier directory taxonomy, `list_case_studies` and `get_case_study` for real project data (readiness scores, proposal completeness, scope-normalised price spreads) behind the published case studies. Compute: `list_calculators` then `run_calculator` for ROI, should-cost, CAPEX, landed cost, debt capacity, financing readiness and working capital; `score_rfq_readiness` to check whether a project is ready for quotations. Act: `validate_rfq` to check a draft against the real intake schema, then `submit_rfq` to send a live request to the procurement desk — only with the buyer's explicit consent and their own contact details. Calculations are planning estimates, not quotations, valuations or financing decisions. Controlled introductions (group golden rule): no buyer-supplier introduction is ever automatic. Agents may research public profiles, run calculators, structure a project and submit an RFQ, but must not request private buyer data, contact manufacturers on a buyer's behalf, or attempt to trigger or approve an introduction - only the human Global B2B Group team approves and coordinates introductions after reviewing fit. See https://globalb2bgroup.com/controlled-introductions. For private project data, use the authenticated server at /mcp.
