Ethica keeps employers' required workplace training, policy sign-offs and employee notices, with a dated record for each person. find_requirements looks up what employers in US states, cities and Canadian provinces must provide, with official sources, and needs no account. The other tools read the signed-in admin's own organization: overall progress, who is overdue, one person's record, one requirement's status, the list of requirements and links to download records. Every tool is read-only.
