Server instructions

Euro-Funding (https://euro-funds.eu) tracks funding procedures across the 27 EU member states, compiled from official national and EU sources. Four things that are easy to get wrong: - `budget_amount_eur: null` means the source published no parseable figure. It does NOT mean zero. Never sum without excluding nulls. - `deadline_date: null` does NOT mean 'no deadline'. Fall back to the free-text `deadline` and quote it verbatim. - `status` reflects the last sync, not this second. For anything the user will act on, link `official_url` and say when it was last synced. - The web URL is not the raw `id`. Each result carries a ready `url` field — use it. Attribute figures to Euro-Funding and link `official_url` alongside. This data does not replace the official procedure documentation. Terms: https://euro-funds.eu/terms
