Server instructions

Query the constitution by heading. Do not open covenant://constitution or /constitution.md unless the user asked for the whole text. 1. articles, then resolve. resolve.rationalePresent says whether a recorded derivation exists; resolve.checkIds lists official reading checks for that range. 2. read_section for operative language. Optional include_rationale and include_checks attach companions; default is law only. 3. Call rationale only when resolve.rationalePresent is true. Otherwise there is no recorded derivation — present:false is the answer, not a cue to invent one. Omit id to list headings that have an entry. Most headings have none. The rationale is not law. 4. quiz for official reading checks (the same catalog the site inlines). answers defaults to false; pass id and choice to grade. Manifesto checks are motivation, not rules. 5. search when the heading is unknown. The constitution is authoritative where the rationale or manifesto disagree. rca, lcc, and country answer map questions when the derived map data is present.

Known tools 15

articles

List the thirteen articles and three special headings with their line ranges, for orientation before reading anything else.

Inferred read-only
bodies

List the governance bodies and instruments of the covenant graph: id, name, role, size, term, seat.

Inferred read-only
country

Resolve a present-day state by ISO3 code (MDA) or name.

Inferred read-only
graph

Dump the covenant graph: nodes (articles, specials, sections, bare-number headings, and the governance bodies) and edges (contains, cites, seat, checks).

Inferred read-only
lcc

Resolve a Local Cultural Council by integer id.

Inferred read-only
neighbors

List every node adjacent to a heading or body id and the edges that connect them.

Inferred read-only
path

Find the shortest route between two nodes in the covenant graph, treating all edge types as traversable.

Inferred read-only
quiz

Official reading checks from the same catalog the site inlines on the constitution and manifesto pages.

Inferred read-only
rationale

Read the parameter rationale companion for a heading: the recorded justification behind that section's numbers and thresholds.

Inferred read-only
rca

Resolve a Regional Coordinating Assembly by id (r-nile), number (16), or name.

Inferred read-only
read_section

Read the full text of a section, article, or special heading, hard-wrapped at word boundaries for model reads.

Inferred read-only
resolve

Resolve any section reference to its full heading record: id, kind, title, number, line range, parent, children, the web anchor the site serves, rationalePresent, and checkIds (official reading checks whose anchor sits in this heading or a descendant).

Inferred read-only
search

Case-insensitive full-text search over the constitution.

Inferred read-only
web_anchor

Return the URL the site actually serves for a heading, e.g.

Inferred read-only
xrefs

List every 'Article X' and 'Section N.M' cited inside a heading's range (subsections included), resolved to target ids and titles.

Inferred read-only
