Claim in, receipt out. A VERIFICATION MCP over the dual-source SEC CMBS confirmation ledger — not a data MCP. Verify any of 11 dual-sourced fields against the primary filings: use `verify_loan_field` for a specific loan (7 loan-grain fields: beginning/ending balance, scheduled principal, scheduled interest, note_rate, servicer_advances, paid_through_date) and `verify_deal_field` for pool-level facts (4 deal-grain fields: beginning/ending scheduled collateral balance, ending actual collateral balance, total_principal_collected). `verify_ending_balance` is a thin alias for the loan ending_balance case. `verify_building_size` and `verify_appraised_value` are issuance-grain Annex A vs ABS-EE tool surfaces; they return honest UNVERIFIED until upstream issuance shards exist, and future incommensurate unit/date/basis outcomes are receipt statuses, never DENY. `verify_fund_holding_coupon` verifies the NPORT cross-filer annualized coupon rate for a security identifier (ISIN, CUSIP, other identifier, or ticker), returning a security-grain N-source receipt whose citations name agreeing and dissenting registrant CIKs with SEC accessions; ticker matches are not hard identifiers, so callers can pass require_hard_identifier=true to exclude them. `verify_servicer` answers 'who is the master/special servicer' from the SEC servicer roster (string-valued; both roles single-source roster facts). `verify_loan_status_counts` answers count-claims over loan status ('N in special servicing / paid off / defeased') as DERIVED_UNCONTESTED receipts computed from the ABS-EE tape (source_class 'derived', derived_from[] = the consumed tape accessions). Each returns a CONFIRM / DENY / CONFLICT / UNVERIFIED verdict plus an sf-receipt Observation Receipt citing the SEC filings (ABS-EE and 10-D). Two judgments, two fields: `claim_verdict` adjudicates the CALLER'S claimed value against the canonical value (DENY only here); the embedded receipt's `confirmation` says whether the two filings agree with each other. Serving is CURRENT-ONLY: every answer is the latest filing period held for the deal, and the receipt stamps the as-of period it is current as of (no historical selection). Call `covered_deals` only when you need the full covered set; anything outside scope returns UNVERIFIED, never a guess. For BULK text, call `verify_claims`: paste a paragraph/memo and it extracts every checkable claim with a deterministic grammar (loan fields, pool fields, servicer identity, status counts), fans out to the atomic verifiers, and returns per-claim statuses (verified / contradicted / insufficient_evidence / out_of_scope — statuses are answers, never errors) with receipt-backed citations; anything it could not check is enumerated in unchecked_spans.
