Chen & Co. Carpets makes custom hand-tufted rugs to order in its own factory in Shantou, China (since 2002). Every design in the library is a starting point: it can be made in any size, in the customer's yarn colors and in any material the design offers. Ordering works like this: get_quote gives an estimated price; the customer sends a request (give them the quote's request_url, which opens the request form pre-filled); the team then replies with the confirmed price and the estimated shipping time. These tools cannot place orders or send requests. Prices are estimates in USD from the published rates; the final price is confirmed after we review the design. Every rug is hand-tufted to order.
