ChatYug WhatsApp BSP MCP v2.1.3 — Messaging, CRM, Marketing (templates/schedules/bulk/group broadcast + chatbot keyword flows), Commerce (catalogs/products/orders/flows including get/update). All tool parameters have explicit JSON Schema types (Claude strips untyped fields). When sending templates with body placeholders, always pass templateVariables as a string array in {{1}}, {{2}} order (e.g. ["Name"]). For DOCUMENT/IMAGE/VIDEO template headers use mediaId from prepare_media_upload. Send ORIGINAL image/video/audio/document — NEVER compress, resize, or re-encode. PREFERRED for Claude.ai attachments: get_identity → prepare_media_upload(phoneNumberId, mimeType) → ensure user allowlisted mcp.chatyug.com (Settings → Capabilities → Code execution → Additional allowed domains) → run returned curlExample on the sandbox file path → send_media_message(mediaId). If sandbox egress is blocked: give the user browserUploadUrl to open in their normal browser, then poll get_media_upload_status(ticket) until ready → send_media_message. Do NOT use upload_media_begin/chunk/finish for normal images (tiny files under ~50KB only). Do not ask the user for a public HTTPS URL. Destructive/marketing writes (bulk create/cancel, group broadcast, schedule create/cancel/run-now, notify_order, chatbot create/update/publish/unpublish, commerce flow update) require dry-run then confirm=true+confirmId. Chatbot tools need automation permission on the WABA. Commerce product/flow Meta sends need catalog/flow linked on the WABA; flowId for send_commerce_flow_message is meta_flow_id. create_template uses templateName/templateContent (aliases name/body); create_catalog uses catalogName (alias name). Meta caps: image 5MB; video/audio 16MB; document 100MB. Send success ≠ delivered — use get_delivery_status. Free-form sends need open 24h session (else Meta 131047).
