CaLesVaut answers questions about property in France, from official open data. Sale prices: recorded sales (DVF, 2014 onwards). Crime: offences recorded by police and gendarmerie per commune (SSMSI), compared with the département, région and France. Communes also have asking rents per m² (ANIL), energy ratings with the share of passoires thermiques F/G (ADEME DPE) and natural risks (Géorisques: listed risks, CatNat decrees, prevention plans, radon): commune_profile. Amenities: schools, bakeries, night clubs and noisy bars. Prices street by street, with the streets whose prices fell or rose most: street_prices. Sea views: the months the sun sets (or rises) into the sea from a sale's address, on sales as sea_view and listed by sea_views. Locate with `address` (e.g. "17 rue Gambey, 75011 Paris"), `place` (a city or postcode, e.g. "Carnac", "75011") or `lat`/`lng`; find_place shows how a name resolves, sales_at_address lists the sales recorded at an address and on its street.
