Server instructions

Buildout Schedule booking tools. Read tools (list_public_event_types, get_availability) work without auth given a workspace slug from a buildoutschedule.com booking URL. Write tools (create_booking, reschedule_booking, cancel_booking) need an Authorization: Bearer token from /settings/mcp and act on that token’s workspace. Always call get_availability before booking or rescheduling — slot_start must be a returned slot.
