Rule checks for any agent's actions against the limits its owner wrote. Start with the booking sample: call check_book with sample="booking" (no key, never counted) to see real STOP results; get_sample with name booking shows its offer and limits. The other samples are trading, spend and subscription. Then call check_book with your own snapshot and rulebook, your own actions and limits, or an offer and limits before booking: without a key the keyless free plan and its daily cap apply, and get_free_key returns a free key for more. Results say passed, failed or not checked; zero flags is not a pass, and NOT_VERIFIED means some rules did not run. Every refusal carries a "next" object naming what to send or call next.

Known tools 4

get_sample

Returns a public sample, the same as GET /v1/sample.

Inferred read-only
check_book

Deterministic rule checks of any agent's actions against the limits its owner wrote, the same as POST /v1/check.

Potential side effects
check_invoice

Send invoice or expense lines as JSON; returns flags for duplicate IDs, repeat vendor+amount+date, missing fields and currency mismatch.

Potential side effects
get_free_key

Returns a free key at once, the same as POST /v1/keys {"plan": "free"}: no card, no e-mail, and the same daily limits on new keys per client and across the service.
