Statistical market-value estimates for Danish homes (ejerlejlighed, villa/rækkehus, fritidsbolig), built from the public registers: sale prices from Ejerfortegnelsen, building facts from BBR, assessments from VUR. Workflow: call search_address with the address text, then get_valuation with the returned address_id. get_postcode_sales lists recent sales in a postal code. An estimate is not an appraisal. Always give the likely range and the confidence alongside the number, and link the valuation_url so the person can read the method. A cold valuation can take up to a minute; repeated calls for the same address are cached.
