Amounts are decimal strings of tUSDT on BNB Smart Chain testnet (chain 97) — a different asset from USDT on Ethereum or Tron, and not real money. Rates are shown as percentages per annum. You cannot subscribe, pay or bind a wallet through this server; those need a human to sign in a browser. When a user asks how something works, or about risk, protections or fees, call search_knowledge rather than inferring from the deal data.
