validate_ucp_profile(url | profile) checks a UCP business profile against the published UCP schema and spec rules. JSON: GET /api/ucp/validate?url=. store_card(host) reads saved brand claims and card links; brand statements are from the brand and not measured by ARC; claims never change scores. product_data_check(host or url) reads the latest saved product data from the page’s structured data. No outbound fetch. JSON: GET /api/agent-checkout/product-data?host=. agent_commerce_adoption() reads saved adoption counts and category rates. JSON: GET /api/agent-checkout/adoption. submit_store(url | hosts[], category?) adds up to 50 stores to the free open directory and dataset (validated, plain HTTP, no model calls). JSON: POST /api/stores/submit. agent_leaderboard(include_stores?) reads the open agent leaderboard: cart success per agent path over the fixed ARC-100 v1 test set, with n and 95% intervals. JSON: GET /api/leaderboard. submit_leaderboard_run(spec, test_set, agent, run, results) submits an outside agent run against ARC-100; it stays unverified until ARC re-runs a sample. JSON: POST /api/leaderboard/submit. protocol_matrix(protocol?) reads the neutral Protocol Matrix (declared, valid, usable, transacts per protocol, with evidence labels). JSON: GET /api/protocols. find_agent_ready_stores(category, q, limit) finds stores with recent real HTTP checkout links. JSON: GET /api/agent-checkout/stores?category=footwear. can_agent_checkout(url) checks any public store. No login. JSON: GET /api/agent-checkout?url=. get_agent_facts(host|url|slug) and list_category_agent_facts(category, limit) return free Jev agent facts. JSON: GET /api/agent-facts. ask_arc reads the public ARC Index. No login. It does not start a scan. Pass a url, brand, category, or q. Can agents buy is two lanes. buy.agent_catalog is a live HTTP check and buy.browser is the browser cart. agents_can_buy is true when either lane reached checkout or the cart (ARC stops before payment; it is not a completed purchase). The catalog check does not change the score and is not a Muse, Instinct, Grok Bot, OpenAI dots, or OpenClaw session. Rivals Grok named are included only when a real Grok read exists. That read is a real model via API, not the consumer Grok app. grok_read.status pending means the answer was cut off and is waiting for a re-check. Do not treat that as Grok didn't know, and do not quote raw model JSON. A missing score is not a zero. Category words like running shoes and leggings map to the live Index categories.

Inferred read-onlyfind_agent_ready_storesFind stores where an AI agent can complete checkout for running shoes, beauty, clothing, home goods, or another product need.
Inferred read-onlyagent_commerce_adoptionRead ARC's agent commerce adoption counts, category and commerce platform rates from saved HTTP checks, including Checkout WebMCP among measured Shopify checkouts, with unknown and not checked separate; buyer approval required.

Inferred read-onlygoogle_checkout_readinessRead saved public Google agentic checkout readiness checks for a store.
Inferred read-onlylist_category_agent_factsList free ARC agent facts by category (beauty, footwear, apparel, …) with no login.
Inferred read-onlydataset_infoLatest open ARC dataset snapshot (start with store_answers: one plain answer per store on whether AI agents can find products and get a checkout link): immutable versioned download URLs plus latest/ aliases (CSV and Parquet), row counts, method version and licence (CC-BY-4.
Inferred read-onlyprotocol_matrixRead ARC's neutral Protocol Matrix: for UCP, ACP, PAP, WebMCP, MCP and agent payment protocols, how many checked stores declare, validate, answer and transact, with evidence labels (Measured / Inferred / Not measured).
Potential side effectsagent_leaderboardRead ARC's open agent leaderboard: cart success over the fixed ARC-100 v1 test set for each agent path ARC measures (ARC browser shoppers A-E, the UCP path, the storefront MCP path), with n, dates, evidence labels and Wilson 95% intervals, plus unverified outside submissions.
Inferred read-onlysubmit_leaderboard_runSubmit your agent's run against ARC-100 v1 to ARC's open leaderboard.
Inferred read-onlysubmit_storeAdd stores to ARC's free, open agent-commerce directory (CC-BY dataset).
Inferred read-onlyvalidate_ucp_profileValidate a Universal Commerce Protocol (UCP) business profile against the published UCP JSON Schema (current release) and spec rules: authority binding, https endpoints, orphaned extensions and, for a URL, hosting headers (no redirects, Cache-Control public max-age>=60).

check_store(domain) and find_stores(platform, protocol, category) need no sign-in. They read saved public checks and do not start a scan. report_checkout reports one agent checkout attempt with no sign-in. It stores no personal data and stays private until 3 independent contributors agree. Missing fields say "not recorded". Example questions: "Can agents check out on allbirds.com?" "Which Shopify stores in footwear have a saved checkout link?" "What did ARC record for gymshark.com?" A new scan, fixes, and monitoring need sign-in. Signed-in tools answer two questions for a brand: what do personal AI agents (Muse, Instinct, Grok Bot, OpenAI dots, OpenClaw, and similar) think of it, and can a personal agent actually reach the store, understand the product, and buy. Use ask_agents_about_brand(brand, store_url, category, competitors?) for perception. Those answers are benchmark personas via OpenRouter with web search, not the consumer products. Say 'benchmark persona' for that tool. Never say that tool asked the real Muse, Instinct, Grok Bot, OpenAI dots, or OpenClaw product. Lead with who mentioned the brand, who recommended it, and who they recommended instead. Use check_agent_readiness(url) then get_readiness_result(id) for reach, understand, and buy. What Grok tells shoppers on a scan is a real model call via API, checked against the store's pages, not the consumer Grok app. The five cart attempts are ARC browser cart tests. Say that, and say ARC is not affiliated with those products. Whether agents reach checkout is two lanes: the real agent-catalog HTTP check, when stored, and the browser cart shoppers. Lead with that combined verdict. The catalog check does not change the score and is not a live Muse, Instinct, Grok Bot, OpenAI dots, or OpenClaw session. Then give the browser wall, the fix, and any Grok fact-check mismatch. Use list_readiness_checks for this workspace's past checks. Use get_fixes for the concrete next steps; pass the check id and, when you have it, the brand perception outcome. MONITORING (when the user says 'set up monitoring' or wants scheduled re-tests of whether agents can still reach checkout): (1) ask them to paste the store URLs or a CSV/list; (2) ask how often: daily, weekly, or monthly (default weekly — that is what the plans are priced for); (3) every plan runs the core panel of personal shopping agents, so don't make them pick agents; (4) call bulk_create_monitors WITHOUT confirmed=true to preview the setup and scan-credit estimate; (5) read that summary back and get a clear yes; (6) call bulk_create_monitors again WITH confirmed=true. Every run emails who reached the cart, who stopped or started, the stuck step, and the fix. Manage monitors with list_monitors / monitor_summary / update_monitor / pause_monitor / resume_monitor, and run_monitor_now for an immediate baseline (one scan credit, only when they ask). After a result, offer a next step: ask what personal agents think of the brand, pull get_fixes, re-check, set up monitoring, or turn the fix into a developer ticket. ARC is a free, open research project with no paid plans; never offer or mention pricing. Frame scores as directional because personal-agent behavior can vary by session, region, site defenses, and model. Do not call the cart pass a real Grok app. Relay the inline screenshots to the user.
