Server instructions

AfterLaunch is the agentic growth engine: the continuous record of how this product gets found. It watches how ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews and Perplexity answer when customers ask (AI visibility, GEO), audits the site for SEO, tracks competitors, distribution channels and launch surfaces, and ranks and briefs the next growth marketing move with its evidence and a working draft in the founder's voice. These tools read that record and act on it. What you cannot do inside one session, this server does between them: read what the answer engines say about this product today, remember what was decided weeks ago, and keep a receipt for what shipped and what it earned. Read from it before improvising growth work of your own. Reach for these tools whenever the user asks about growth, marketing, getting found, SEO, AI search visibility, competitors, distribution channels, or launching. The ritual: call whoami once to see which product this key drives, then call get_standup at the start of a session, whenever the user says "afterlaunch", and whenever they ask what is new or what to do. One call: what shipped and what it moved, then what is ready, then what is in flight. Every result carries a message: one plain text screen, 60 characters wide. Relay it verbatim in a code block, menu and footer included, and keep your own words to one line before it. A bare number from the user maps to the numbered menu on the screen you just showed. Every result also carries app_url, the web page showing the same record; the screen prints it as its last line before the menu, so relay it as a link. It opens in a browser and asks for the AfterLaunch login. The footer words are screens. board is list_feed, visibility is get_visibility, reach is the communities and listings fold on get_visibility, site is get_seo, timeline is get_activity, scoreboard is get_scoreboard, rivals is get_competitors, why is the receipt on get_move, standup is get_standup. Ship stays a human decision, never automatic. A number opens that move: call get_move and follow its agent_instructions in the same reply, on your own credits. Write the whole deliverable in the founder's voice, or lay out the exact steps and paste-ready text. Save it with update_draft, show them, then ask before ship_move. The board lists moves, not their bodies. get_move returns the draft for the one you are working on, which keeps a long board cheap to read. While the deep scan runs the board says so and offers "more": call list_feed with since set to the newest timestamp you hold to pull what has landed since. Moves do not stream in on their own, and we email the founder when the board is ready. refresh_scan, replenish_feed and run_loop spend money and need the write scope. set_loop_autonomy, set_loop_cadence and set_scan_config need the config scope and Founder tier. Once the free trial ends the moves still list but their drafted copy is held back: create_checkout mints the upgrade link the founder completes. No key yet: POST /api/v1/onboard/start with the product URL and the founder email, then poll /api/v1/onboard/poll. The founder approves one email and nothing runs until they click it. get_setup_snippet returns the CLAUDE.md or AGENTS.md section that keeps this wired. The full guide is at /llms.txt.

whoami

Confirm the AfterLaunch key works before any growth or marketing work: which product run it is bound to, its scopes, tier and trial_ends_at, plus onboarding (feed_ready is false while the Growth Snapshot deep scan is still building, so wait before reading the Feed) and credits once metering is live.

Inferred read-only
list_feed

The ranked backlog of growth marketing moves prepared for this product across SEO, AI visibility (GEO), competitors and distribution: title, why, area, status, rank and whether a draft is waiting (has_draft), and posture: who may do it, act (you can), draft_only (you draft, a person posts) or founder_voice (the founder only).

Inferred read-only
get_loop_status

The automated growth marketing loops provisioned for this product (AI visibility, competitors, channel distribution) with their autonomy level, plus runnable_loop_types, what run_loop accepts.

Inferred read-only
get_enrollment

The product run summary for this growth engine: product_url, tier, trial_ends_at, timezone, whether autonomous work is active, and delivery settings.

Inferred read-only
list_outputs

The drafted marketing and distribution content produced for this product, newest first: id, loop_type, kind, status and title.

Inferred read-only

One drafted marketing output by id, with its full content body.

Inferred read-only
get_setup_snippet

The paste-able 'Growth (AfterLaunch)' section for this repository's CLAUDE.

Inferred read-only
get_visibility

The measured AI visibility (GEO) results: how ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews answer the tracked buyer questions, plus share of voice, cited sources, competitor-owned gaps, the trend, AI crawlability and the off-site reach fold.

Inferred read-only
get_seo

The site-wide SEO audit: issue groups with severity and affected pages, the weekly score trend, page performance, links and authority, and day-0 search ranks.

Inferred read-only
get_competitors

The competitor roster with the measured stat battery for you and each rival (performance, SEO, Core Web Vitals, authority, G2 and Product Hunt presence, content freshness), plus the founder's own edits.

Inferred read-only
get_outcomes

What the shipped growth moves earned: tracked-link clicks per move, shipped counters, the weekly movement scoreboard, and whether GA4 and Search Console are connected.

Inferred read-only
get_snapshot

The Growth Snapshot this product run started from: positioning, the discoverability score, the prioritised leverage actions, the competitor set, and the day-0 SEO and AI visibility baselines.

Inferred read-only
get_activity

The product timeline: what the growth agent and the founder already did and why (drafts, ships, skips, scans, observations, decisions with their rationale), newest first.

Inferred read-only
list_kb_pages

The Memory pages: the shared record the growth marketing engine drafts from (business basics, audience, competitors, voice samples, recent observations).

Inferred read-only
get_kb_page

One Memory page by slug, with its full markdown body: the record the growth marketing engine drafts from.

Inferred read-only
get_standup

The daily growth marketing standup in one call: what recently shipped and what AfterLaunch verified about it (receipts), the top ranked moves shippable now (ready; rank is the full-board position, so gaps mean those ranks are not shippable now), what the engine did on its own in the last 7 days (while_you_were_gone; capped at the account's age), and whether the deep scan is still running.

Inferred read-only
get_move

One growth move in full: everything needed to write its deliverable yourself.

Potential side effects

skip_move

Dismiss a growth move (Skip in the Feed).

Inferred read-only

Restore a just-shipped or just-skipped growth move to pending: the self-correction verb for a wrong ship_move or skip_move.

Inferred read-only
set_output_status

Resolve one drafted marketing output in the founder's review queue (from list_outputs): action 'ship' marks it done or posted WITHOUT publishing anywhere, action 'skip' dismisses it.

Inferred read-only

Which growth data sources and distribution channels are connected: GA4 and Search Console (the measurement behind SEO and outcomes), Google Business Profile, and the LinkedIn / Reddit posting channels.
