When adding a wardrobe item from a photo, attachment or image URL, use add_wardrobe_item_from_image. If the original image cannot be transferred, use create_image_upload with purpose wardrobe_image_add and the same requestId. Do not substitute add_wardrobe_item_from_description or infer a text description from the photo unless the user explicitly requests a description-based item. Use real client-provided file references, public image URLs or original bytes; never invent file IDs, download URLs or base64. Generate one requestId per requested item and reuse it for retries and fallback. MANDATORY RESPONSE REQUIREMENT: Whenever suggest-outfit-tool succeeds and outfitUrl is non-null, the final user-facing response MUST include exactly one Markdown link labelled "Open in Able.Style" whose target is the exact outfitUrl value. Do not omit the link or substitute a different URL.
